Acceptable Use Policy
Effective date: 4 April 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules governing how you may use the Watch Ledger Platform. This AUP forms part of your agreement with Watch Ledger LLC.
1. Prohibited activities
You must not use the Platform to:
1.1 Fraud and misrepresentation
- Submit false or misleading stolen watch alerts
- Register a watch you do not legally own
- Submit fraudulent identity or ownership documents
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
1.2 Illegal activity
- Facilitate the sale or transfer of stolen watches
- Deal in counterfeit goods of any kind
- Use the Platform to launder money or conceal the proceeds of crime
- Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws
1.3 Platform abuse
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or other users' accounts
- Introduce malware, viruses or any malicious code
- Scrape, harvest or extract data from the Platform without permission
- Interfere with the operation of the Platform
- Circumvent any security or access controls
1.4 Harmful content
- Post content that is defamatory, abusive, threatening or harassing
- Post content that discriminates against or demeans any person or group
- Share another user's personal information without their consent
- Post content that infringes any third party intellectual property rights
2. Consequences of breach
Breach of this AUP may result in:
- Immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account
- Removal of all content posted by you
- Legal action where appropriate
- Referral to law enforcement authorities
Watch Ledger reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach and to take whatever action we deem appropriate.

If you become aware of any activity on the Platform that breaches this AUP, please report it immediately to: support@watchledger.app
